As today in this country your Credit score is about as important as your religious or political affiliation...if not more so...I buy on credit cards but only when I have cash to pay for it...I bank the cash and pay off the credit card when bill comes in...that way I get great credit score for much use and still dont go into debt.

I try not to buy anthing unless I can truly afford it. The only time I use credit is to finance large purchases. I make sure then, that I can it least make the minimum payment and interest within a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, credit it very easy to mess up and can ruin a persons lively hood. Credit problems can haunt a person for years keeping them from having a place to rent or owning a house, buying a car etc... So I will always say cash!

I use a rewards credit card for everything and pay it off every month. After I accumulate 50,000 points, I can cash them in for $500 cash.

Cash, I do not use credit cards since my divorce. The ex-wife ran them to their max while I was at sea on deployment.

Credit cards are a money trap!!! Please, stay away from them!!! Go to your bank & open a checking account, & ask for a debit card. This will offer you the spending opportunities that credit cards do, however, you can only spend the money that you have in your account!! Saves your live from being ruined by getting you thrown deply into debt!!!
