I will be travelling to Heathrow Int'l Airport in the morning and I have a flight out of Stansted Int'l through RyanAir in the afternoon. I'm only carrying a backpack and a small-ish roller bag suitcase.

The cheaper the better!

Take trains. You might be able to find a direct shuttle bus from airport to airport, but I don't like buses because of traffic.
By Underground, From Heathrow, catch the Piccadilly line (dark blue on map) to Holborn station, change to the Central (red) line to Liverpool Street station, where you can catch a Stansted express train. http://www.stanstedexpress.com
There is a website for London transportation, so you can look at a map.

A pre-booked private hire car (not a taxi) there are lots of firms servicing the airports and they'll meet you at the gate with your name on a board.
