Yes it's a mix between a tabby and something else because of the white. That is a really cute cat.

Oh, he is GORGEOUS! He looks to definitely be a DSH tabby. As VeggieTart mentioned, the pattern is very much Classic Tabby. I'd say he's a "Brown Classic Tabby with White".

Well obviously he is domestic, most house cats are. But I wouldn't say he is a purebred Shorthaired Tabby, I would say he is probably crossed with a Calico, considering his colouring seems to be Grey, with Black points and White(Piebald). Piebald meaning lots of white, and rarely will you ever find that much white on a purebred Tabby. But he is a very nice looking cat.

He probably is a domestic short hair (and a handsome kitty, too). As for tabby, I'm not sure. He does have classic tabby coloring (mackerel tabbies are more stripes than splotches), and I used to have a cat who had very similar coloring (she had mackerel tabby splotches, but her lower belly and legs were white).

Yes, that's what he is. Interesting tho. Your firs two pictures show a lot of orange in the fur and you did call the cat a 'him' didn't you? If the cat has orange black and white, it would be a calico mix and if a male would be quite rare. But the last picture shows a cat who is brown/black and white and is probably more the true color of your cat. Anyways, your cat is very attractive!! And from his pictures he looks to be very healthy also. Thanks for sharing him with us all!
