There's about 0.5% alcohol in it by volume...

Could I be arrested for drinking it while driving?

it would still be considered an "open container" of an alcoholic beverage. Granted, it would take an entire case of the stuff drank in an hour to give you a buzz. Many states actually require ID for non-alcoholic beers.

I don't think there's any alcohol in O'Douls! But, you may get stopped, because the bottle looks identical to a beer's.

Another query is why do not the folks difference the legislation to quit criminalizing consuming and using? Don't wish to get at the "detrimental" avenue? Then do not! Why else could we pay coverage? Seems like paying and now not receiving what you purchased!

I wouldn't risk it. Even though the alcohol level is very low, it is still an alcoholic drink.
