It is so hard to do right even though I do all the right things. You do not have to tell me to pray, attend church, or read scriptures. These are basic Christian virtues. Allow your wisdom to show and say something noteworthy.

Been there my friend, done that. You are right; it's tough
Guilt and shame are hard to get rid off. Ask God for that blessing.
Remember, God forgives completely to the humble seeker.
He will forgive you as though you never messed up 20 years ago.
One cannot get that kind of love and forgiveness anywhere.

because you get in a rut and you dont want to change this happen to me i left jehovah organzation for maybe 10 years and its hard to get back into a routine you dont want to change because its easy to do things that are not pertaining to our belifes,you have to just set ground rules for yourself,look at the time were living in. then say get back satan and move forward.
