It's a little thing called "Free Will". We have the option of making the personal acquaintance of the Creator and cultivating the relationship, but WE have to initiate contact. if we do not opt to explore this option, then we are left all on our own to manage as best we may.

because you must actively seek him out even when you dont think you need him because if someone just came to you when they needed money and they had a party every day but never invited you and he will reveal himself to you
