for as long as you like. The show I watched sold a 25 year old balsamic for 100 dollars. as long as you keep it in the fridge after you open it. if it's sealed, probably at least 25 years.

Quite a while as it as already ''turned'' from a previous state. You must however, periodically ''agitate'' the liquid to keep the suspended solids from settling (in other words, give the bottle a shake every week or so).

All vinegars can keep forever. If you don't have the lid on tightly, it will slowly evaporate and what's less will have a more intense flavor.
