Gah! Do i really need to answer this question? If hes smiling at you for no reason, then he likes you--or you look funny one? j/k lol Chances are that hes thinking about you more often then you know about and when he sees you it reminds him of how you make him feel when he thinks about you. Does any of this make sence?
Guys dont smile at women for the fun of it. They are either interested or laughing at. If he makes eye contact, then its a sure sign he's atleast partially interested in getting to know you better. If you know the guy and are interested in getting to know him better, next time he throws a smile your way, ask him what he's smiling at, I bet you two will be at the movies before you know it.

I've been there and done that recently. At my old job at Pathmark I was working in the seafood department and there was this new guy in maintenance. So he would always come to seafood to clean up when there was nothing there to clean, and he always starred and smiled at only me. Then one day one of my co-workers pulled me to the side and told me that the maintenance worker liked me and wanted my number. We exchanged numbers and we are now in a relationship. Its only been one week but I'm loving it. Basically, he likes you so holla at him before someone else does.

1. He is smiling because he is attracted to you.
2. He looks aways because he is too chicken to let you know that he likes you.
However, It's not his fault. Most men are like that because they were brought up to feel guilty or ashamed about their desires.
Don't think about what's in his mind. Look into yourself. How do YOU feel about him? If you would like to get to know him, for real - go for it girl, or he's gonna wuss around till its too late.

If its a sly smile- he's a player
If its a happy smile- he's sweet and probably likes you
If its a no teeth showing smile- he's probably shy but still likes you :)
