ive flirted with him alot, but i dont think he gets the messgage that i like him. And im a little afraid to tell him how i feel because im afraid of rejection.

Flirt with him whenever you can... guys are frightened of rejection so we need to know you're interested before we have the guts to make a move :o)

I hate to say this but it is 2007 women ask men out now, it is not that uncommon. Love is about risk. If you are not willing to risk anything, you are not going to gain anything. Ask him out, he can only say yes or no. If you don't then you may miss out on a great thing.
