they sent me a letter but the address was wrong, a little weird.

My sons went 2 years ago to England, Ireland and Wales. It's not a scam, but I don't know what the address you are talking about is. I know the organization is headquartered in Seattle, WA.

Student exchange programs must be coordinated with government offices and schools not with suspicious persons because they could be scams.

i, too, just received the same letter inviting me to go to europe. PLAHH!
