I know cinnamon helps give you a fresher breath, but does it help fight plaques, cavities, etc... does it do anything for your teeth? I don't want to waste my time using it if it's only good for your breath.

The mouthwash I use to have said it helps fight cavities and whatnot, but this one pretty much only says it fight germs that causes bad breath.

I meant what does Cinnamon mouthwash do for you... crap! no one's gonna answer. I hope someone does cause I'm not wasting any more points asking the same question again! lol

Cinnamon does help to kill anaerobes (the buggies that don't need oxygen). Mouthwash itself isn't particularly helpful. The mechanical action of brushing and flossing is what gets rid of the buggie nests in our mouth.

HI JL,
THE CINNAMON IS JUST A FLAVOR, THE MOST COMMON IS SPEARMINT OR MINT. THERE ARE MANY GOOD MOUTHWASH FLAVORS THAT ARE ANTIBACTERIAL.
