Just be nice about it and let her down easy but dont lead her on and say something like you cant go because you are busy that night. Let her know you are not interested but be nice about it. Good luck.

Be honest with her. Say you're not interested in a relationship with her or you'd rather be friends. Be nice enough that she doesn't go kill herself, but if you're too nice, regardless of what you say, she might hang onto you like a leech.
