You're question is based upon what is God been up to. Well, the reality is that He just keeps His Word.
The real question is what in His Word is happening that can attest to the bible being His Word?
I'll answer your question based on that thought. Here is what is going to happen in the very near future.
Soon, you will be forced to take a microchip implant into your right hand or forehead (this is the 666 mark) and bow down to the image of the beast.
Once you have done this, you have sealed your fate. You shall perish in your sins.
This is based on Revelations 12 and 13.
There is so much more but want do you want? Signs and wonders. Just think. Earth is the only planet in the whole solar system that you don't need a space suit to live on. We have water to drink. We have rain that gives us water to produce fruits and vegetables and even provides food for animals to eat.
Can you see your brain? No, but you know it is there. How is it that you can walk? How is it that you can talk? How is it that you can see? How is it that you can hear? How is it that you can feel? How is it that you can have emotions? How is it that you have free will?
Quit seeking signs and just know that there is only true God and He is the one to worship. He is the one that sent His only begotton Son into this world to redeem us from our sins.
Isn't that enough? If it isn't, then you will soon see Jesus descending from heaven in the clouds.

Actually I believe that people that fall for the claims like , *studies show correlation* are really the , not going to say dumb, but VERY gullible ones..... Those are the types that , for what ever reason, have to put numbers in front of any and all labels, IQ 123 atheist girl/boy, etc., and really THINK all that means something.. Like what ? Is what I want to know ? What part of the country was the so called *study* done in ? What age group ? What city ? State ? How many out of how many ? When there is a study done of ALL believers IN God, then it might mean something . But that will NEVER happen now will it ? People die every day, are born everyday , etc.. So to do ANY study of a WHOLE group is in fact impossible..... If you have to do *studies* to show such correlations of intelligence, just what is it saying about the *group* that does those *studies* ? Says to me, they are the ones with the BIG problems !! Insecurities, immaturity, etc..... go in peace.... God bless

The greatest thing God has done was send his Son to an ungrateful world to die for all our sins. That whosoever would believe in Him will not die but have eternal life.
When Jesus was walking on this earth, his skeptics demanded a sign to prove He was the Messiah. He was reluctant to demonstrate his power to an unbelieving generation just to jump through their hoops. His power and miracles were mostly demonstrated to those who were seeking Him.
When you said that he goofed when the aircraft hit the WTC buildings, you are implying that God should control us so that we cannot choose to do evil. God has not created a world of robots that he controls to do good all the time. Most would agree that love is the greatest human ethic. By taking away our ability to choose between good and evil, love would not exist.
God has and continues to do good and miraculous things for people. If I or someone else provided you with a sign, would you then believe? If not, why should a demonstration be given to you?

He allowed you breath and to wake up today and without that there is nothing else, at least for you. Do you have your health, control of all your faculties, sanity, does the sun rise and shine? Then rest assured he has done something great for you and everyone else. The comment about God goofing on anything shows that you, though a believer, are not a "true" believer because with God there are no mistakes, everything that happens has a reason and is useful to someone for something.

I really don't think it's possible for everyone to agree that one thing was done by God. Even all theists. Some are more skeptical than others, and dare I say (as a theist myself) it is a poor assumption to suggest that God *must* have done something because it is yet unexplained by science. I would assert, supposing God exists, that everything is God's work (direct or indirect is another matter) -- thus, arguing whether something is a miracle or an unexplained scientific phenomenon is like arguing whether or not a pencil is skinny or thin.

God didn't goof up on anything, He is not capable of making mistakes. God didn't make those evil men do 9/11, they choose to be evil that day.
God does everything great, look at the world around you, at the sunset, rainbows, the clouds and stars in the sky.

If God came and stopped evil men from doing what they wanted to do were is Free Will? How would that work then?
