You'll start to see a pretty nasty looking greenish ooze coming from her vagina. She'll also start having contractions, which you'll be able to see as she strains occasionally. If you're inexperienced, I 'd recommend that you call you vet if you suspect your dog is in labor. I also suggest you have her spayed immediatly after her puppies are born.

There are several indicators, some keep track of her temp...when the temp falls 2-3 degrees below her normal temp her labor will start within 12-24 hours...the normal dog temp is 102...
She will look for a place to whelp her pups...such as a cubby, closet or some where...and she will do some nesting...dig at the rug or floor...she will stop wanting and eating food...she may become very irritable and/or clingy...
When her "active" labor starts she will begin to pant as if she has just played catch for hours and she will act as if she just can not get comfortable...
The average pregnancy last 63-65 days...and you should start looking for some of these signs at around 61-62...show her her whelping box and keep an eye on her...GL!
Please place your puppies VERY carefully...make sure they are good homes!!!

If you mean giving birth, the dog will usually start nesting, they find a spot that they will give birth at. her temperature will drop about 24hrs before giving birth http://www.marvistavet.com/html/body_giving_birth_to_puppies.html This site has very good Info, go there.

She will pant and pace, and lick, and try to make some sort of nest. The same as any other breed .
I won't even go into why you are breeding pitbulls when you don't have a clue.

she'll probably start nesting. a.k.a. digging a hole in the yard, hiding under furniture or the house. trying to find a dark secluded area where she'll feel safe. i hope you have a brood box or like a dog house where she can have her pups without getting your house all messy.
