This Monday I am starting the cookie diet. I've had friends that have lost weight with this diet. My only concern is does this cookie really fill you up enough that you won't be hungry? Any advise from those that have done this diet??

The truth is that you will be hungry on any weight loss diet.

In order to lose weight, you have to take in fewer calories than your body needs, and that means you'll feel hungry. There's no way around it, if you want to lose weight.

One trick is to drink a lot of liquids to give yourself an artificial sense of fullness. Carbonated diet soft drinks do a pretty good job of this - (I personally like Coke Zero...)
