There are a few about Fathers fixing their sons'. The one story that does come to mind is that Nephi took the lead in bringing his family including his parents to the new world.
The 2000 strappling warriors took the place of their fathers who had taken a vow never to fight.

Well...uhhhhhh
I can't remember where it is. But it's in Nephi. There is a son and a father and some how the father ends up blind because of the son. The son had given up faith about Jesus coming but the father didn't. And Jesus came after the father was blind and the son was like "All your life you've been waiting to see the savior and now that he's here you can't" and Jesus came to them and healed the father...it's quite inspiring...

Yes there is. In first Nephi after Nephi's Steel bow is broken and the spring in the other bows was gone. Everyone except Nephi started to doubt including his father Lehi. Nephi having great faith went and fashioned a bow out of wood and went to his father and asked him where he needs to go for food. This humble Lehi and he repented and looked at the Liahona for direction. This is the only story in the Book of Mormon were the son helped his fathers faith and life.

Yes, Nephi was a good example to Lehi, in the story of Nephi's broken bow:
1 Nephi 16: 23-25 - http://scriptures.lds.org/en/1_ne/16/23-25#21
23 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, did make out of wood a bow, and out of a straight stick, an arrow; wherefore, I did arm myself with a bow and an arrow, with a sling and with stones. And I said unto my father: Whither shall I go to obtain food?
24 And it came to pass that he did inquire of the Lord, for they had humbled themselves because of my words; for I did say many things unto them in the energy of my soul.
25 And it came to pass that the voice of the Lord came unto my father; and he was truly chastened because of his murmuring against the Lord, insomuch that he was brought down into the depths of sorrow.
Note that Nephi did not chastise his father, but reminded his father to have faith in God by showing respect for the leadership of his father (ie, he asked his father where he should go to find food, rather than going off on his own decision).
I'm a bit concerned that you might be thinking about trying to bring your father onto the "straight and narrow". I know from my own efforts (as a teenager) to motivate my parents, that it did more harm than good. Think and pray deeply about your words, if you plan on doing something like that. It might be a good idea just to focus on improving yourself. There are so many factors you might not be considering, when you give advice to people who are older than you.

Nothing like that I have ever seen. I am not a Mormon, so this may not be an official answer of the church.
