I'm just wondering what it's like side effect-wise and result-wise.
And I guess if you have ever been to therapy for it that would apply here too. I have no idea what that's going to be like.

thanks.

Thanks to everyone who answered already.
Yeah, I know I'll hear different things from different people. Just trying to get a rough idea of what to expect.

I never took Zoloft but I have taken Desipramine, Paxil, Buspar and Seroquel.

Paxil worked the best for me. I had some mild sexual side effects of delayed ejaculation, but the side effect went away after a few months.

My mother was on Zoloft for a little while and it just made her sleepy (but she was on a lot of other medications for diabetes, heart problems and dementia at the same time).

I have friends who took Zoloft and say it worked well for them. Zoloft, Paxil and Prozac are all very similar.

I have been to counseling a few times. I guess it was helpful, but I feel like I could have accomplished the same thing by talking to a trusted friend.

Hi! I took my first zoloft pill this morning at 8:30. Soon after I felt nauseous and had a bad headache. I feel better now at 5:00pm.. I guess I will take it before bed, so I am sure to take it on a full stomach.

You will hear very different stories from people. Everyone handles it different. My sister swears by it and has had no side effects.... Good luck!

So..
There are many natural ways to cure premature ejaculation. A proven natural method can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

Recent polls have shown that the average length of intercourse is usually anywhere between 2 to 12 minutes. Most often those diagnosed with premature ejaculation climax in less than a minute or two, and there are even those who ejaculate before there is any sort of penetration. In all actuality, “too short” is really just a matter of opinion. The most important factor is if a man feels that he is unable to control his ejaculation and is frequently climaxing before he would like. Any man who feels that this is a problem for him may be suffering from some form of premature ejaculation.

When I took Zoloft I felt nauseated, chest pains, headaches, stomach aches, not in control feeling. I also had Xanex in my system. I just knew someone was going to take me to the psychiatry ward. I was not about to take another pill. I said to myself I rather take nothing then have those feelings. I just stopped taking it. I'm now on nothing and handling my attacks drug free, because I don't like the UN controlled feeling. I picked Zoloft in the first place because my sister was also on it and I thought it would help me. She kept telling me, I'm psychosomatic and I'm not feeling the feelings I think I am, YEA RIGHT! I will be going to therapy next week. Good Luck

I take Zoloft for OCD and Anxiety. It does wonders for me. I haven't had any side effects. This is the only medication I have ever taken that didn't give me crappy side effects and I've tried tons for my Tourette's.

Ive interned in a doctors office. For most people, side effects will be nothing more than a little upset tummy if you dont take it with food.

When you first start taking it, you might get a little more severe anxiety for one or two weeks, but after that it should literally go away.

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/1FOYQ
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.
