no, you will not become fat from eating an abundance of protein. the body does convert amino acids into glucose, it does this all the time but not at a high enough rate to cause an increase in body fat. when the body can not store any more glucose in the liver or skeletal muscle the excess is converted to a lipid and headed for fat storage in the fat cell. it takes less energy for the body to store dietary fats than it does excess glucose or excess amino acids. now one molecule of fat that is 18 carbon atoms long will provide 146 moles of ATP. ATP is the cellular energy source that is responsible for all muscular contractions and anabolic or catabolic processes in the muscle cell. 18 glucose carbon atoms yields 114 moles of ATP and one gram of amino acids yields 1 mole of ATP.

does excess protein cause in increase in body fat, not even close. the above also explains why there can be a drastic lose of muscle mass when the body is in starvation mode, etc.

My friends did a diet like this for about two weeks where all they ate was protein..it's a quick way to lose weight but when they asked their doctors about it, their doctors had told them that they didn't recommend doing the diet for more than two weeks because the weight loss is so rapid..they didn't list though and they did it until they reached their desired weight.
The diet worked but don't think your gonna keep the weight off. The secod you start eating normal again you'll gain everything back which is what happened to my two friends. I'd say..use the diet if you have a dress you need to fit into by a certain date...otherwise..it's basically pointless.

Yes, you will be fat from too much protein too, as in goes the same way trough the lever as sugar and will be converted into fat. Sorry but that is the fact.
Eat less and do exercise like walking, swimming or go by cycle for an hour a day.
Good luck!

I'm not surprised you're having trouble 'passing motion'. You're not eating any fibre so your digestive system's struggling.
To be healthy, you need to eat a balanced diet consisting of protein, fibre, carbohydrate, vitamins, and some fats.
I urge you to stop this diet because ultimately you're destroying your body.
Becoming 'huge' is not your problem here, your general health is at stake.
