I was on myspace, and the bulletins are crazy. One after the other is bullshit and dumb crap that i don't want to read. But there was one that said that jesus said, "If you deny me in front of your friends, I'll deny you in front of my father"
I'm thinking its bullshit but someone correct me?

Matthew10:32-33 Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father which is in heaven.

It is in the Bible if you want to Read an Accurate Account of what Jesus Said.
Basically, it has alot to do with Walking in Faith.
If you go around Speaking Sickness (oh, I got a sickness of some sort) all of the Time, Reinforcing Sickness and Disease instead of Agreeing with Jesus, Who Said by MY Stripes Ye are Healed---you will have a Harder Time getting your Faith to Work when it Comes to getting Healed.
Jesus is our Apostle of our Confessions (Words of our Mouths) and if we don't Speak "HIS WORD" concerning Things, Jesus can't help us much.
Go see a Doc.(GOD gives'm to us!) and Take your Faith (whatever Level your On) with you!!!
Jesus can become your Lord over Sickness and Disease IF you will Agree with HIM!!!
First you make Jesus your Saviour (get Saved) then hopefully, you Learn How to make HIM Lord over different Areas of your Christian Life!!!

I don't know if He actually said "friends," but He did say:
"If you deny me before men, I will deny you before my Father."
Jesus said this not to be vindictive or mean, but because He was trying to show that by being in relationship with Him, He vindicates us and absolves us of every sin -- He essentially makes us able to stand before His Father in Heaven. HOWEVER, if we deny Jesus, He cannot do that for us, so He will have to deny us before God, because He doesn't know us.
Jesus' words were very mysterious and profound and we need the power of the Holy Spirit to really be able to understand them and accept them. Take care.

No! In the face of danger or even in good times, Christians need to live their lives like Jesus did. Otherwise when it counts the most, such as at Armageddon, Jesus will deny those to denied him, in part, by how they lived their lives in the days, weeks or even years before Armageddon comes.
