Right now i go 2 sleep at 5am and wake at 3pm. I need 2 wake up at 6am b4 8-29. Any help?

You don't have enough time to retrain your body so your only course of action may be to not sleep at all tonight. That way, you will be so tired tomorrow night that you can go to bed at your desired time and get up at 6 am. Keep to that schedule - bed the same time and getting up the same time (6 am) between now and the 29th.
