On microsoft word when i try to open it it tells me dialog boxes are open and i and they must be closed how?

If you have nothing else open, try for a Word repair.

Locate and get on hand your Office CD.

Open a blank document if you can. Click Help on the toolbar from within the document. You will see an option to "Detect and Repair."

I've had to do this a couple of times. Works well.
