I used to be a size 24 and have gone down to a 14-16, with nice toned and musclely legs and arms. I am trying to get rid of the fat that was on my back and bum though - esp the bit above my bum. Please help!!

You cannot spot reduce but their are exercises that focus on certain parts of the body,.. including you back. Here are some websites that your surely going to find some good back exercises, plus lots of good information and other workouts.

you can't spot reduce fat by exercise for a specific area,diet with aerobic exercises and some weight lifting exercise will help ,but as with anything in life it still takes time.

You have to produce your abs and core muscles...it will lift up your torso giving you an appearance of being taller stretching out that area on your back
