so he caught me looking through his window and now he thinks im a wierdo and he never wants to talk to me again but i really really love him and sometimes i call him and i don't say anything and i just like to hear his voice....plzz help what should i do to get him to like me....

Well, first, you should stop looking through his window (by the way, that's called "voyerism" and is illegal most places). And then you should stop callinghim and not saying anything.
Neither of those things are going to make him like you. Just the opposite, in fact. It will probably weird him out.
Now, as for what you could do, strike up a normal conversation. Talk with him when opportunities present. Etc.

You could start by leaving him alone. And especially since you were peeking in his window? I think in most states that is considered a crime!
Don't mean to be rude but you do sound like a weirdo. If I were him i'd get a restraining order!

you must be weird then, cause if i caught a women looking at me through the window i would be turned on. guys like it when girls find them attractive and would do something a guy would do. so the fact that you keep calling him, spying on him and he doesnt want to talk you. he must not like you and it will never happen with you two. so give up, and go after another guy.
