There's no way you have 6.2% body fat, your either Ronnie Coleman or about as thick as a twig.

Well, we have to take your age into consideration. Okay done. An ideal body fat reading for a 18 year old man is anywhere from 8-19 percent. I wouldn't worry. Just keep up the good work.

Yes, 22% is quite good. I wish I was that low. But when you are looking at your BMI remember that different people have different body types. Personally I don't think that I could ever get my weight down to the point that this chart tels me I should.

you would be in the top percentage for all age ranges. 6% bf is in the range of elite athletes. with your current diet and some resistance training you could pack on some serious muscle and still be in single digit body fat.
