Well i know that the daily amount of calories you should eat is 1500...
but i dont exersize that much (exept walk a little bit in general or walk the dog sometimes) for me to eat that much.
so i've cut out carbs completly and just ate low calorie cereal for breakfast, fish for lunch (tuna and salad no dressing) and maybe just a carrott and cereal for dinner or nothing.
i've been doing this for nearly a week.
i dont know what to eat to lose weight faster.
oh also iv'e been drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
i know that to lose a pound u have to burn off 3500 calories...
but im eating less so im not going to put on what i cant burn off.
what should i do?
i need some profesional help please?

your body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day. You are healthy and active (not on bed rest) and need more than that.
diet is 80% of the whole fat loss and to lose fat you have to create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake because a big one will only make you lose water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism - you dont want to eat under 1000cal all you life, do you?
have 5-6 small meals a day (250-400cal), lean meats, whole grains, fish, legumes, soy and milk products, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day. low calorie or low fat most of the time doesnt mean its better for you or good at all.
You dont have to burn extra 3500cal to lose a pound of fat - you have to create a deficit of that much a week which is a deficit of 500cal/day. (e.g. if i need 2400cal/day to maintain i will eat 1900cal/day and lose)

im not qualified but my understanding is that 1500 is for you basic metabolism rate(the amount needed to keep your body running and you alive fit and healthy) you dont say what you weigh or what you height is and even your age can play a part of your bmr.
so the walking (and everything that you do each day) is then burning off extra fat to help you lose weight but you must eat some carbs even if you choose to keep them low or you will have no energy and if you dont eat enough your body then goes into starvation mode and will simply store everything as fat as it thinks its experiencing a famine. this is what your body is designed to do naturally
the process of burning off 3500 calorie which equals 1 pound of fat is a slow process and wish as both i and you do cant be rushed (unless you want saggy skin) sorry to be the bearer of bad news but im trying to give my honest opinion through my experiences
water -great your right
just try to be a little realistic about how long it takes to get weght off 1 or at the most 2 pounds a week thats 52 or 104 pounds a year
some people even find that increasing there foods help because as i said before if your not eating enough your starving
try to eat healthy and avoid fats

First of all, you're not doing yourself any weight loss favors by eating next to nothing. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day if you don't want to screw up your metabolism. Your body NEEDS carbs, so don't cut them out entirely--but be smart about the ones you eat. Whole grains, rice and pasta are good carbs to have along with veggies and fruit.
You will actually stall your weight loss by not eating enough---try eating 3 meals and 2-3 healthy snacks a day, totalling 1200 calories and see if that helps.
