If he was omnipotent then he must have known that his creations would sin, if we are made in his image then why aren't we perfect too? And if i am an image of god then i want plastic surgery!!!

God did not create sin. Only human commit sins. It is Satan and selfish desires of humans that leads them to commit sins.
God created Prophets and divine books to guide human race to do good things and forbids committing sins. God is most merciful, compasionate and wishes all human beings pass His test, do good and get into heaven to enjoy the best life for ever and ever.
But lots of wretched people will follow satan's way and will get burned in hell. God knows how many will disobey Him. So He made the hell for such idiots.
May be it is a God's selection process to pick the best and the most obedient humans for some higher purpose in the next life.
