Your testosterone level is too low. Ask your dr. It should be around 900-1200.

You cannot become what your body isn't for, besides have you ever heard that too much exercise can hinder success. If your weight-training every day its possible that your body has developed an immune to what it's used to. Need more intensity or duration than what currently doing because body adapts, but you know, your body suffers the more you exerecise. Work out hard for intense but shorter and more concentrated to get success. Former athelete, anorexic, and bulimic

What else do you do besides bench with your workout? Do you weight train your other muscle groups too? How many sets do you do? How much weight? How many reps? How long have you been doing it? Do you work full body 3 times a week?

getting buff and/or increasing muscle size is all about the diet. exercise only provides the necessary stimulus to the muscle and the central nervous system. to increase muscle size you need to increase the calories above maintenance levels to keep the body in a anabolic state. the foods that you select to eat regularly ultimately determine the body composition. the old saying "you are what you eat" couldn't be more accurate. a diet comprised of whole foods will get you lean while a diet high in processed foods will get you fat.
