I just want to see the answers... I often find them hilariously entertaining, or bone-chillingly terrifying in some cases... LET THE INSANITY COMMENCE!
Edit: I also find it interesting that most are unaware that a prophet is simply a poet, not someone that predicts the future.

I'm not going to mention Old Testament prophecy as doubtless you might know (and don't know if there are any in your Talmud).
Jesus did not prophecy much specifically about the future.
He did give some prophecies (Luke 21; Matthew 24), but the passages on it are given in compressed form, so deal with near future, general destructive events in history (i.e. there will be loads of famines and wars, but that is not a sign of the end), and also His second coming.
He did talk about destruction of Jerusalem temple, but I don't know if one could scientifically prove that the manuscripts of what Jesus said were written before 66 A.D (the time, I think).
He did say that Jerusalem would be trampled on until the time of the gentiles was at an end (rabbis may think this way; he may have been confirming existing Jewish prophecies). Israel coming back into the land in 1948 is supposed to start of the countdown to the Antichrist's coming, but you'll have to get an expert on that to get prophecies rightly explained.
He did prophesy of his second coming - not that this has happened yet.
There are also prophecies about the Antichrist eg 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12.
Revelation is probably prophesying about the very last days, but is very hard to interpret, and not something I have spent much time on at all.
NB There is a 'prophet' role talked of in the epistles, lesser than the Old Testament variety, but there are not many people in the church operating in this gift/role. Agabus in Acts had such a gift, and there are 2 short-term prophecies in Acts he made. There are people like Cindy Jacobs who allegedly have this anointing; my Anglican background never taught anything in this area so I don't know (they annoyingly regarded most of the supernatural stuff in 1 Corinthians 12-14 as being passed away.)
----
Derek Prince used to be excellent on these prophecies - you can probably look him up on the internet (he died a few years ago).

Bible prophecy has been happening all around you one of the biggest in our time is Israel becomeing a nation in May 19,1948 after 2000 yrs of being disbanded,,Danel 9;23-27
Danel 10-all Daniel 11 and 12 tell of all the conflict that will happen in Jerusalem minded that the tell new that right after Jesus was crusified Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans,, all this was done by God so that it would be a written testmony that only He could now what was going to happen in the future,,so that people could see that He is real,,now its up to you if you want to believe,,If you read Matthew 24 Jesus says these are all the signs that are going and are happening befor he returns,,then if you do believe confess him as your savior Romans 10:8-13 says all who confess him as Lord will be saved

OK. You want a recently fulfilled prophecy.
Isaiah 29:11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:
12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.
13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.
This prophesy was fulfilled by the coming forth of the Book of Mormon. Some of the words were taken to a noted scholar, Professor Anton, and he wrote a letter confirming them to be authentic. He asked to see the whole record, but was told it was sealed. He took back his letter and said "I can't read a sealed book".
