Just curious which one is better. Ive been taking creatine lately right after my workout. I have heard take muscle milk with my breakfast and before i go to bed, then take the creatine after my workout. Not sure just curious.

they are completely different supplements. creatine is for strength training, it's main function is to increase stores of the cellular energy source ATP. ATP is responsible for all muscular contractions, the more ATP that is available the more reps you can do. with a properly designed strength training program this will lead to a higher one repetition maximum. Muscle Milk is a protein supplement. protein supplements can me used to aid in fat loss, increasing muscle mass or just to maintain the current weight.
