Well seeing that i am in Arizona, the Sunshine state, also known as the desert of the U.S.A.
you'd think it'd be hot, but its really not today. That's because it rained, which is another shocker. We've had high temps all week, but today its 88, and it feels like 95.
So not too hot.
God Bless!

95 here at the NJ shore, although being 300 feet from the Atlantic there is a bit of an ocean breeze. Ocean water was refreshing, but a bit rough; might as well enjoy it ... labor day weekend is next weekend, summertime goes too fast!

Your humor has made a blessing in my day.

In southern NJ, it is 95 with a heat index of 105 and the humidity is ridiculous. I change to shorts and a clean shirt just so I would have something absorbent to further sweat in.

But, I grit my teeth (which are also sweating) and claim, "This is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and (sweat?) be glad in it."

Our poor little pug - they are built more for cooler climates. I would shave him, but who wants to see a fat little naked pug - eeeewwwww.

carry a automobile wash--for unfastened or for money--regardless of if it is in basic terms for all your mom and dad' care in basic terms. Volunteer to assist clean up a park or a sea coast or another public section. Volunteer to stroll the canines on the SPCA. choose for a hike someplace and notice what number birds (timber, plant life, bugs, and so on.) you are able to hit upon. Wash the canines. Paint the residing house. Wash the residing house windows (do a stable job, no one likes finding with the aid of streaky residing house windows). placed a flower on each and all the markers on the cemetary. manage a stroll-a-thon for some charity.

Actually it is a cool 78! It has been 98 or so the last few days.

It is so hot that when I need boiling water, I put the pot outside. (sorry I couldn't think of anything better).

God bless you too. You just made my day. In sunny Southern California-it's a respectable 90 degrees. This is a lot better than our ususal 105-which it was last week. Allow me to paraphrase something-If summer ends-can fall be far behind?
