Shopping for expensive things (like air tickets) are always better when you are fully awake.
So, unless you are a night-owl, better not after midnight.

On-line bookings do not differ that much day by day, and will most likely not change at midnight, unless there are a small number of seats for a very cheap price that are released at midnight, and available for the people that are looking for them.
But that can be at any time in the day.
Best check the prices of your selected company for a few days in a row, several times a day, before you do something like that at an odd time.

After MIdnight.. early wednesday morning..when they re-load their computers..for unfilled seats..for the coming weekend.
