Unforgivable sins are as fictional as the "Unforgivable Curses" in the Harry Potter series. EVERTHING is forgivable, because God EMBODIES forgiveness, love, and mercy.

The meaning of the quote, "Love means never having to say you're sorry," is this: When you are loved as unconditionally as God loves us, you don't NEED to say you're sorry because you are forgiven before you repent. Therefore, there is no need. You're forgiven before you ask--you're forgiven before you even commit the "sin."

That is the awesomeness of God's love.

The Holy Spirit is the source of the grace of repentence. Therefore the only sin that could not be repented would be ejection of the Holy Spirit from your life, that is, complete separation from the source of the grace of repentence. The Bible calls such a sin "blaspheming the Holy Spirit". Obviously Catholcs accept everything in the Bible, since the Bible was compiled by the Catholic Church for its own use and therefore certainly does not contain anything contrary to Catholic teaching.

question and persist with up is far too long..........yet here is my recommendations; Sin against the Holy Spirit is as you defined, in spite of the indisputable fact that it is a sin dedicated by persons. a company may be depraved and deserving of judgment by God. And the Scriptures make it sparkling the folk are warned with regards to Babylon the super; "Get out of Her my people!" So as quickly as we see we are a member of a church that has gotten in mattress with international leaders, the we are an factor of that Harlot Babylon. Jehovah provides this warning so as that certainty seekers have time to accomplish that.

The unforgiveable sin would be grieving the Holy Spirit...but only God can make that call, not humans.
