What has worked for you, please tell me the name/title of it? Not really a music one but one with a soothing voice speaking that basically tells you how to relax. I would really appreciate your input, thanx!

I get books on tape from the library. Put on my head set and set the sound extremely low.....barely can hear it. And I'm usually asleep before the first sentence ends (or close) When I return my tapes to library, I've usually played them several time and still haven't actually heard them. But got some great sleep. If I wake up during the night, I just punch the button and off I go to dreamland.

well I have a c.d that help me fall asleep sadly its a music one its called the healing garden sleep well it has very soothing sounds that relax u and put u too sleep
