all I hear is '' because the bible says it's right or wrong'' or this passage on this chapter says this. do you honestly think that just by saying '' jesus you died for me'' going to church every sunday and giving %10 of your paycheck to a profit motive churches you're going to go straight to heaven? I don't think so. there's more to it than that. God doesn't prefer christians over muslims or pagans

Because when we do give an honest answer that comes from our own thought process and from our heart - all the other "true" Chrisitans give us thumbs down and report us and tell us how we're not "real" Christians. Sometimes they even send ugly, harsh and mean-spirited emails telling us that we're on the path to "hell".
I'm a Christian and I take the above forms of abuse from my fellow "true" Christians on a regular basis here.
Unfortunately some Christians think that the term "Christian" means "someone who thinks EXACTLY like I do on each and every issue on earth."

Your half right, God is not a respecter of persons. But, Jesus did die for us on the cross, we are supposed to go to church Sundays and give 10% as tithes, its Biblical. I'm not going to Heaven because I do those things, but because by the grace of God, that Jesus died for my sins on Calvary. My honest answers are from my perspective, and my perspective is as a Christian, so yes it comes from the Bible. I can't turn off being a Christian if it offends you.

So, how is it possible that an atheist just can't give an honest answer form themselves?
They are always saying, the scientists through the process of peer review, have proven this or that.
This applies to everything.
There is no answer that anyone anywhere at anytime, can truly give any answer that has totally originated from themself.

You are right. God does not prefer christians over other faiths, He loves them all. The only advantage a Christian has and the scriptures have is that they speak of this love.
