i just got mine thursday night, and have kept it clean, uncovered, and lightly moisturized till now, and it has no signs of scabbing? my other two tattoos scabbed up.

it's only saturday. my tattoos usually don't show signs of cabbing until day 4 or so. i have had about 30 hours of tattoo work done in my life and all of that has healed with scabs.

Of course it will scab to a point even if you cant tell, it's an injury it has to heal. If you keep it clean and moisturized the scabbing shouldn't be too bad. If you have others you know how your body heals wounds and about what to expect.

Only one of mine scabbed, I have 3.
It will usually start scabbing in 4 - 5 days, if it is going to happen.
If you have no signs of scabbing, more than likely it won't happen.

the tattoo may start scabbing up to three days later. you can prevent scabbing by continuing to apply bacitracin after the recommended three days...just don't apply too much because that could also slow the healing process.

i could take up to 3-4 days for a fresh tattoo to start scabbing up and no it won't heal without scabbing. i've never heard ov a tattoo not scabbing up before and i got my fair share ov them (i'm working on sleeves). hope this helps!
