"Neither one's soul, nor one's thoughts can be seen on a machine. Yet no one ever disputes the existence of the latter."

Isn't that precisely the difference of existence between "a human soul" and "human thoughts"... that one is indisputable and the other isn't?

What are you ideas of the human soul... Is it real or not?

Brain activity can be measured on a "machine." In addition, researchers can loosely tell what a person is thinking about by the results. Your brain "looks" different depending on what you are thinking about.

There has never been a "test for the soul." I am open to the possibility that there is a soul, but I don't personally see any evidence for one.

You are a Spirit
(you have a mind, First Mind, YOU)

You have a Soul (Second Mind, an Invisible Spiritual SuperComputer---the World calls the Sub-Conscious)

When you Wake up in the Morning, YOU (First Mind) Knows Who you are.

When you try to Remember something Right after you wake up, it might take some Time, your Soul is connected to your Brain--they work as a Team, drink some Coffee and Try to Remember it Again!!!

Soul as a separate item is a truly sad misinterpretation of what was meant by the term. Soul originally simply meant what we use the word person to mean today.
Then religion got a hold of it and the rest is history.
