I've been working out since this March and the only muscles that I've seen grow bigger are my biceps but not my abs and I have improved in push ups and sit ups. Do I have to do more cardio work outs like jogging?I'm not 11 I'm 13 years old.

Yes - you do have to have low body fat percentage to see muscles - otherwise you just look big having muscles UNDERneath the layer of fat.
diet is 80% of the whole fat loss so make healthy choices, eat 5-6 small meals a day, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies, at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
before cardio - do weight training - heavy weights (you can only do a few reps - they are heavy) 2-3 sets 3 times a week

Diet and cardio are necessary to slim down. Muscle definition does not show until you get your bodyfat down low.
Athletes in training are often in the single digits, when it comes to bodyfat. Or not far from it.
And competing bodybuilers like you see in the magazine are an extreme...an extreme of dieting and low bodyfat. They only look like that a short while, to take pictures and pose on stage. It would not be healthy to be that anorexic year round.

Yes. If you have body fat covering the muscles, you won't be able to see the definition. For a male, you should see definition in your abs at 10%-14% body fat and under 10% body fat to see a full six pack.
