I put on about 10 pounds last summer, lost some of it by spring, and gained it back this summer. I admit, I haven't been working out as much as I should, but I started back to school as a teacher, so my life is back on a schedule and I will be working out more often. Does Lipo 6 work? A friend of mine said he lost about 12 pounds in 3 weeks using it. I want to know what your experiences are using it. Don't preach to me about using diet pills, I'm 25-years-old and my metabolism is slowing down with age, I'm not some teenager desperate to be anorexic.

You are too young for your metabolism to slow down, lol. what does slow it down is yo-yo dieting, starving/depriving your body which makes you lose muscle and not working out.
I never recommend anything i havent tried myself and Lipo 6 actually made me gain weight. I took it while at a normal weight, eating healthy and exercising regularly - it took longer to lose it afterwards.
