it is a free will because it prevents you from eternal condamnation . It is not the only thing i think that will save you from eternal hell . But i think you should consider to read the Bible more to know things that you suppose to do and things that you cannot do . By observing his commendments that is very simple but i know that we are living in a very bad bad world but sometimes we cannot prevent sisns to happen everytime . Thisis where it goes wrong . But just read the Bible more then you will get what it means

God is not responsible for what evil men do; they alone are responsible, and they are accountable to God for their evil actions. The Bible warns, "The soul who sins is the one who will die. ... The wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him" (Ezekiel 18:20).
You see, when God first created the human race, He made them completely free. In other words, they were not puppets; they had the freedom to choose whether to love God and follow Him or to turn against Him. Since that awful time in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve decided to turn away from God, the human race has been infected with a spiritual disease—a disease the Bible calls "sin." The Bible warns, "The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?" (Jeremiah 17:9).
When men allow sin to take over their souls and live without any restraints, they end up doing terrible things to others. Some years ago, my wife, Ruth, and I visited the Nazi concentration camp of Auschwitz, and I found myself so overwhelmed at what had taken place there that I could hardly speak.
But listen: Life doesn't have to be this way! Jesus Christ came into the world to bring us forgiveness by His death on the cross. He also came to change us and give us new life. He alone can change our hearts—and He will, as we open our lives to Him. Have you asked Him to come into your life as your Lord and Savior?
JUDAS
For centuries theologians and philosophers have debated the question of just how much freedom we have—so I doubt if I can solve it in just a few paragraphs!
Nevertheless, the Bible makes it clear that Judas was entirely responsible for the decision he made to betray Jesus. It was a deliberate act on his part; it wasn't done in a sudden burst of anger or a fit of uncontrolled rage. He sought out those who were opposed to Jesus and offered to reveal where He could be found. Once they paid him, Judas "watched for an opportunity to hand Jesus over to them when no crowd was present" (Luke 22:6).
At the same time, God knew what Judas would do, and in ways we can't fully understand, God directed Judas' path. Many centuries before, the prophet Zechariah had predicted the Messiah would be betrayed for 30 pieces of silver (see Zechariah 11:12-13). Now, in God's providence, that prophecy was fulfilled by Judas' treachery.
The story of Judas is one of the most tragic in Scripture. He had been with the Lord almost since the beginning of His ministry; he had seen Jesus perform miracles and heard His teaching. And yet in his heart, he was not a believer. May this not be true of you or of anyone reading this column. Instead, make sure of your salvation by humbly turning in faith to Christ.
