It's not bleeding but i'm worried

they are not dissolvable stiches they will come out later at the dentists with the help of stich removal systems.

They tend to do that and it is perfectly normal. What the dentist will do later is snip and tweeze out any that have not come out by themselves.

It will be fine. The major thing you should worry about is not to remove the blood clot that is in the extraction site because it will become a dry socket and that hurts really bad and it takes alot longer to heal. You will be fine just make sure you follow your post op instructions.

They are not metal stitches, they are the kind that are meant to dissolve and are safe to swallow (accidentally). I wouldn't worry about it. If you lose a few before it's completely healed though, you may want to call your dentist to ask what to do.

They're supposed to disintegrate anyway so don't worry about it. It's sort of like when a satellite crashes to earth. It burns up in the atmosphere before it can do any serious damage.
