Silicone in hair products?

Question

Ive heard silicone is really good for hair...so which silicone based product such as a serum do you all recommend? Do they sale just the silicone (I doubt it but no harm in asking)?

Silicone is great unless your hair is fine then you need copolymer in the product
good products will have the active ingredients listed so just look for a serum with that in list

umm well silicon is good for ur hair in small proportions if u use it alot it will leave some heavy build up in ur hair
