these salon terms are confusing...how do i ask for blonde hair with honey-colored lowlights?

i have brown hair and i want to get my hair dyed blonde with honey-colored lowlights...what do i tell my salon? these are the services they offer:

hair color.................................. 22+up
partial foil(up to 20 foils)........ 32+up
full foil...................................... 40+up
two dimensional foil................. 50+up
additional color......................... 6+up
full bleach................................ 30+up
