Some men simply have no tongue. Frequently, a man has his tongue sugically removed so he has an air-tight excuse for not conversing with his GF (the procedure is relatively inexpensive and is medically known as a "Tongalotomy.").

I have considered this option many times, myself, but so far have opted to simply wearing a tongue condom whenever I think I may have to spend any time with my GF
