When a guy emails you "Why are you so F*ing cool? What should a girl respond back?
Help me please. This is a very emotionally strong man that could really careless. Thats why I like him and want to write the perfect answer.

1- Unless he's sent it more than once, it's rhetorical. Don't "answer" the question.
2- If you like him romantically, now is probably the time to suggest a "cool" event for him to take you to: e.g. "Re: why I'm so F*ing cool" "Since you're obviously into me, you should take me to [best new club][baseball game][kayaking/sailing][whatever you either do often or want to do & haven't]"
DO NOT suggest: expensive restaurant; dinner & movie; movie; shopping. There's nothing unique about wanting to do those things.
3- Ignore the posters who want you to respond with a stupid 'cool' phrase. Those people are uncool, unfortunately for them. They know this. Don't become one of them.

Tell him you're cool because nothing could ever embarress you. You'd just roll with it. I always thought that that was the essence of being effing cool.

Tell him you were born in the Trans antarctic Mountains in Lake Fryxell under blue ice during the winter. Hah!

Joking aside.
If he is asking why you are so cool, then he already knows the answer because he has been making observations of your character. Thus, you shouldn't respond if he's asking rhetorical questions.
On the other hand, if he meant, "How did you get so cool?" Then you tell him how you deal with life's hard times.

First of all, just be friendly, think of it as receiving a letter by snail mail. read the email and think what to say. Write from the heart. You could, for example say, "Hi! How are you?
What's your weather like, right now? I am planning on
seeing a movie today, or maybe I'll go to the local air show.

That guy has grown to appreciate you as a sister or best friend.
Realising that you are on the internet, might make you less cool., but talking back like "oh, its ok," or "ok, so are you" might give him a feedback about what he said.
You aren't romantically involoved with him, yes? Your response to make him the dominate one or you is key if you don't want to be related to him.
