There are so many dropping out of Church today with so many different reasons[excuses].

You said it!!! :D The churches are rarely teaching the Bible, and God's truth. They are there more for *entertainment*, except for the catholics, where are there only for the boring mass, which is the same EVERY SINGLE TIME! :(

I quit going YEARS ago, and learn mainly from radio preachers! :D They have a different preacher on every half hour, and you get all points of view. Very stimulating!!! :D

You also have the additional benefits of not having to go anywhere, and getting the CREAM OF THE CROP in preachers! The VERY BEST, from all over the country!!! :D

Well then, by your standard I have dropped out of Church.

Why? I am tired of men trying to control men, to blow the bugle and sound the alarm for their type of Christianity in particular, meanwhile calling everyone else heretics.

But my friend, the church is not contained in a building. Do you become a hamburger by going to McDonalds? No.

Where people are gathered in the name of the Lord, you have church. The fellowship is intimate, the power of the Holy Spirit dynamic.

Faith then is not in the wisdom of man, but in the power of God.

No, my friend. People are discovering Church and Jesus Christ, meanwhile dropping out of man made religion.

In essence, we are crying for the voice of God, not man!

Even if your assertion of where the only teaching is considered true, one could easily read it oneself, and discuss with others who have read it.

Why would anyone want to go and be "spoon feed" like a child when one can be an adult.

I can't speak for others, but in a general sense, I do not attend church because I am a lifelong atheist.
