NO: Minolta along with Canon changed their lens mount when they went to Auto Focus

With an adapter you can use them on the Sony Alpha, which is really a Minolta MAXXUM. When Konica-Minolta stopped camera production in 2006, Sony bought the MAXXUM DSLR line.

If you do get the adapter and a Sony, you won't have AF with the older MC/MD lenses.

Of course, you can always buy a used MAXXUM on ebay or from KEH or B&H or Adorama.
