Yes i read this in a book:
1.Wash your face every day with medical soap.
2.Rinse with warm water.
3.Wipe your face gently with a soft towel and dry.
Do this every day and in about a week or two your pimples will be gone!

Sounds crazy....but... MAALOX. Works very well on poisons like Ivy, Oak, etc. For many of the tweenies and teens that I mentor, it also works very well on acne. It is brand specific and it is an an-acid that helps neutralize the PH factor. Most of the kids that I have gotten to use it show results in less than a week and in the case of poison Ive in particular, in just a few hours. Use a cotton swab to apply it, liberally, when you first get up. You can then rinse it off before you leave for school. Reapply a good dose be for you go to bed and leave it on.

Clearisal lotion which is like a blue liquid you apply with cotton wool....It definatly works for me as stinging on the face is a sign of neutralising in the pores. Ive used it since i was introduced to pimples....
You can avoid pimples by drinking lots of water preffably 8 glasses a day and eating plenty of fruit and veg

I suggest you do what I do. I'm 51 years old and have been doing this since I was a teenager and have a beautiful complexion. I use cotton balls and Listerine, I clean my face with that each night. I guarantee if you do that you will no longer have pimples or blackheads. Good Luck

Clean&Clear Morning Burst works really well to cleanse your skin/unclog pores, but you should also try products from some other brands like Oxy/Neutrogena/Clearasil just to see what works best for you.
Good luck!! Hope this helps! <3

I love the Aveeno line. The soaps, the face scrubs and foaming face wash are incredible and since they are all natural it doesn't really dry up your skin.

DHC olive oil wash . go to there website. or stop in at sephora and go for cosmedicine, or philosophy. don't get some stripping clearsil wash at savon. you need to create balance in your skin with a mild cleanser, toner, and moisturizer with spf15. most people can't improve their acne because they are focused on getting rid of oils. remeber you need some for success.

I have been using a product by Avon called Poreperfection....the cleanser, toner, lotion and a weekly mask. It has helped my face so much. Within a few days my skin started to clear up and now as I continue to use it my skin itself is looking so much better.
