Did I mention anything about race in the question? Or did you just assume that I meant Asians? I don't care who's driving the Toyota everytime I see one their going 30 in 40, 45 in a 55. Yeah, so you're the one who jumped too conclusions!

wow. let me guess........you're typical close-minded white person from the south? that likes to judge people base on race and not individuality.

let me be like you for a few seconds, mentally.
why do white people like to smoke meth a cook their babies in the micorwave?
why do you white people like to beat your wives when you drink whisky?
why do you white people like to molest small childs and most of the time even your own?
why do you white people like to think that it's okay to be mad at black people for being lazy when you white people are just as lazy as black people?

okay, now i was basing my opinions on all white people just because one white person's actions. So do you do all of these too? Or should i just base my opinions on individuals or should i group everyone together?

edit: i saw you last question that was deleted you piece of shitt. so don't try to act righteous you fcuk face. people like you are what's wrong with america. people like you are why there is war.

I can understand why this question was posed, and boy has it generated a lot of reaction.

The main assumption - generalization is that Toyota has been known to design rather bland sedans. If you look at the demographics what who buys an Avalon or a Camry, they tend to be older, conservative, and yes tend to drive slower.

I think this is why Toyota came up with the Scion line, to induce younger buyers who might be turned off by the Toyota nameplate.

Maybe everyone else is going too fast? I own two Toyotas, the other day I was driving on the 71 in California going about 80-85. I was literally the slowest car on the road. I mean come on some people need to learn to slow down.

I think you're over generalizing. You can't say that about people who just drive Toyota's. I see that here in SoCal very often but with other cars, not just Toyota's I see them with luxury cars, buckets, Jeeps, whatever you name it. I think PEOPLE, not Toyota owners specifically do this because they are lazy and they think they own the road. They are being inconsiderate of others and often cause accidents. Take it easy and be a little bit more open-minded.

I'll be the first to buy in to your observation. If you have "twinkle toes" there's barely room in the footwell. It's impossible for me to right foot brake in my Camry. The dash is in the way and the accellerator petal is cramped with under dash junk.
Toyota should move the whole body back 4 inches so that the strut towers don't interfere with floor space. We as Americans are taller with bigger clumsy feet (me included).
Toyota got me once but never again. The new Chevrolet Malibu is going to get a through once over in Nov. Better warranty, less expensive parts more body and motor choices and a six speed transmission.
I tried out an 07 Camry SE with the V-6 motor and I was not impressed with the automatic transmission. At certain speeds it dident know what to he*l to do. I poked in the rear on an off ramp and it didn't downshift at all. I've reviewed owners complaints on Yahoo and most are transmission related. In some cases dealers are telling customers to"live with it" Others have already ben through more than one transmission. What a shame! See ya, it's back to General Motors.
