Not all. Some Gold cards do, but they only cover the collision damage you sing the waiver for. Some do not cover replacement transportation for a second car they have to give you after an accident, and they dont cover liability, for the most part. You have to read the wordings that come with YOUR cards, and remember that they can change at any time. The credit card companies can change their insurance underwriter whenever they feel like it.

The links below gives you the card terms.
Taken from the Visa website:
"Who is eligible?
You are eligible only if you are a valid cardholder whose name is embossed on an eligible U.S.-issued Visa card. Only you as the primary renter of the vehicle and any additional drivers permitted by the auto rental agreement are covered."
Double check with your card issuer to make sure they have enabled that feature.

Check your cardholder agreement.
Normally the "Classic" cards do not include insurance coverage. The premium cards -- Gold, Platinum, Signature, and Black -- normally do include additional benefits including insurance, lower rates, longer grace periods, etc. as an incentive to people with better credit ratings to carry the cards.
