On a previous question an answered mentionned that Omega Fats WILL NOT STORE as body fat. How come?

What if you eat a whole bunch of Omega Fats, will they then store as fat?

Also, what do both Omega Fats do for you, and what kinds of foods are they in?

Thanks!

All you eat is being transfered into energy when inside your body and only if you dont spend all of it - stored in fat reserves.
(you can eat too much fruit every day and gain weight)
Omegas are healthy fats that body needs e.g. for brain functioning and you can find them in things like fish, especially salmon, flax seeds.
